A great game, definitely lived up to the hype. First off, the options you have in this game is endless and I mean ENDLESS!!! How do you want to kill somebody? You don't know? How about using a baseball bat or maybe just your bare knuckles. There's also a whole arsenal of weapons ranging from a baseball bat to a sniper rifle. How do you want to travel? Do you want to drive? Walk? Take the subway or train? Oh and don't forget the boats!..And the cars are also endless, from delivery trucks to speedy muscle cars.

Sound is a big factor. In all of the Grand Theft Auto games, there were great radio infomercials and shows. This one has different radio stations, with over 3 1/2 hours of listening! There is music for everyone! You, your friends, your teacher, your parents, all of them will love the sound! Even the squishy sound when you run someone over, over and over is great! Great sound from Rap to Opera, GTA3 has it all.

The missions are also great and well I found some of them very hard. And again are quite endless, there is so many people to work for. There is also a lot of side missions(vigilante missions, ambulance missions, fire fighter missions and taxi missions these all rake in a lot of ca).

The gang you start off with is the Mafia, in the first section(industrial)the gangs that are
available to work for are the Mafia and the El Diablo's(hispanic gang). You have to work trough the missions to open up other area's and go trough the story line. The story line is also very good, its almost like a movie.

You probably want to know all about the graphics, now! The graphics in this game are superb! The amazing 3D effects and light rendering make this game the most fun game ever. Not just overhead view, this time, kids! You can have 2nd person, overhead, cinematic and more! The car design is incredible. With tons of cars to choose from, you will find yourself stealing cars just to look at them in your garage!

Over all this game did live up to the hype and was well worth the money. It should have gamers busy for days end. Anybody who is fans of the last 3 of the GTA Games will love this game a 100 times more.
